jdbyk Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions on this page apply to all players who use the jdbyk platform (jdbyk.org) and its services — including online casino games, football betting, Sic Bo, Poker, and slots games.

By accessing jdbyk services, you are deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions set out herein. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using our services.

To use jdbyk services, you must meet the following conditions.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older on the day you use the services. If an underage player's account is found, it will be closed immediately and any funds in the account will be handled accordingly.

1.2 Personal Use

Each player may only open one account on jdbyk under their own name. You must play yourself — playing on behalf of another person is not allowed.

1.3 Location Restrictions

jdbyk services are intended for digital users in Myanmar. Whether services are available depends on the player's location. You are responsible for checking whether your use complies with the laws of your local area.

2.1 Registration

You only need to register once to play on jdbyk, and you must provide accurate information. Accounts opened with false information may be closed and any winnings from those accounts may be voided.

2.2 Account Security

You must keep your login details — username and password — secure and must not share them with anyone. You are personally responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

If you notice any unauthorised access, contact jdbyk customer support immediately.

2.3 Verification

jdbyk may request a player's national ID card or relevant identification document. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. You are required to cooperate with the verification process.

2.4 Duplicate Account Ban

One player — one account only. If it is found that one person has opened two or more accounts, all those accounts may be closed and bonuses may be voided.

3.1 Deposit Methods

You can deposit on jdbyk via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. These accounts must be registered in the player's own payment system account.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be put on hold for accounts that have not completed verification.

3.3 Financial Policy

• Deposits will be credited to your account immediately. If not, please contact customer support.
• Deposits may only be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK).
• Deposits that do not match the account may be refunded or may require investigation.
• If fraud or money laundering attempts are detected, the funds involved may be frozen and referred to the relevant authorities.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jdbyk's welcome bonus is 120% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.

You must wager 25 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw funds earned from the bonus.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks and can play with a total of 44,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per player (one per individual ID).
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn — you may only withdraw once the wagering requirement is met.
• jdbyk may run limited-time promotions, and those specific offers may have their own additional terms.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent play is detected, jdbyk reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings.
• Please note that jdbyk may change the bonus amount or wagering requirements without prior notice.

4.3 VIP Cashback

jdbyk has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold — and your weekly cashback share increases as you move up:

• Bronze — Weekly Cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — Weekly Cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — Weekly Cashback up to 1.2%

VIP tier upgrades are decided by jdbyk based on each player's activity level and engagement. There are no fixed numerical thresholds published for tier changes.

5.1 Game Performance Review

Games on jdbyk use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair results. jdbyk keeps players' game data secure with SSL encryption.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game result is unclear due to a server error, network interruption, or software fault during play, jdbyk will review the relevant game records and make a final decision. A round that was processed but not fully settled may be refunded.

5.3 Betting Limits

Maximum and minimum bet limits may apply depending on the game type, and these limits are displayed on the game screen. jdbyk reserves the right to change game betting limits without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jdbyk platform:

• Opening more than one account from the same person with the intent of claiming bonuses
• Using software bots or any automation tools for gameplay
• Using any method to attempt to manipulate the game system
• Collusion — players coordinating with each other at the same game table
• Any financial transaction related to money laundering or financial fraud
• Playing on jdbyk while subject to a self-exclusion or problem gambling restriction
• Attempting to access the service servers or software in an unauthorized manner

jdbyk protects players' personal data using SSL encryption technology. Information provided by players — registration data, financial records, and game history — is used only to deliver the service and meet legal requirements.

7.1 Closure by jdbyk

jdbyk reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time, with notice where appropriate — or without notice if a breach of these terms is found.

When an account is closed, any remaining bonus-free balance will be refunded to the player, except in cases of penalized closure.

7.2 Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can contact jdbyk customer support. Any bonus amounts with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

7.3 Limits for Responsible Gaming

Players who wish to set their own limits can use the tools available on jdbyk's Responsible Gaming page.

jdbyk is not responsible for financial losses arising from players' gameplay, personal disputes, or conflicts between a player and a third party.

The service is provided "as-is" and jdbyk accepts only limited liability for technical faults, network delays, or unexpected disconnections.

Players acknowledge that any compensation payable is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the amount of their principal deposits.

jdbyk reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the jdbyk.org website and will take effect from the date of the change for all ongoing activities by players.
